Video

Being a filmmaker is my early foundation and tutelage as a storyteller and an artist. I pride myself on my ability to make great content with video. Content that educates users and solves their problems while also building communities of similarity and practice. I've contributed to the video strategy at the NFL, Electronic Arts, and Adobe.

Adobe Care YouTube Channel

I redesigned the Adobe Care YouTube presence in 2019/20. We are having a ton of fun helping people with support issues at Adobe. This channel has been incredibly successful. Self serving 100s of thousands of customers a month. Before I worked on this channel it had 100k views in two years. It now averages 100k views a week.

Electronic Arts

At EA we created a series of video content that clearly explains how the game plays. We called them simply "This Is". It's so successful it's now a standard practice of marketing games.

"Tips and Tricks" is video and editorial content created by our newsroom team and YouTube influencers. Using a well defined content taxonomy we streamlined "tips and tricks" into digestible types for a content engine and thus multiple end points. We used well known ontology techniques to create an experience of value for our gamers across all of our titles on mobile and HD platforms.

Lastly at EA we used video to give gamers a human look at our studios and the teams that make and publish the games. Sometimes in the form of "Dev Talks" or as regular livestreams. Madden for example livestreams six days a week to a consistent viewership of 5,000-10,000.

NFL

We won a Telly for this NFL Journeys series in 2015.
